Shipping Policy

Important Information:

  1. Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 11 AM EST on the same business day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday will ship the following business day (typically Monday). Shipping may be delayed during holidays or high-volume promotions.
  2. 2–5 day shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states.
  3. Standard Shipping is available for all 50 states within the US, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  4. Expedited Shipping is not available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  5. If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

Track Your Package

Once your order has been packaged and labeled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use our Track Order page anytime to check your shipment status. If you're having difficulties tracking your package, contact us and include your order number for faster assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please contact your local post office first if your package is lost or stolen. We will help coordinate with the carrier if they are unable to locate the package. After checking with your local post office, contact us for further assistance.

We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after receiving a copy of their filed police report.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

To report a damaged item, start your return and select "Item is damaged" as the reason. Please describe the damage in the additional feedback section and include photos if possible. You can also contact us directly with photos and your order number.
